Lost and found in translation - my expat life in Mexico
You have got to read “Enoch and the Gorilla,” by Flannery O’Connor. It’s a short story about a young man who dresses up in a gorilla outfit. If you have not run across her writing, you should check it out. I have a feeling it would be a good fit with your personality. I have “The Complete Stories” which is still in print.

I have barely broached her work (which is not only sad, but actually pathetic–being that her work is a COSNTANT literary reference point), but I intend to read that story before I go to sleep tonight. Thank you!
